If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- Service Deposits: Non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- Completed Services: Refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered.
- Product Returns: Products purchased through Working Class HVAC may be eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days in their original condition.
